Senior Executive - Business Valuations - 2+ Years - India

We are looking for an analytical and high-potential professional to support financial advisory and valuation engagements across corporate transactions, regulatory matters, infrastructure projects, and intangible asset valuations. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on valuation experience, strong financial modelling capabilities, and an interest in working across diverse transaction advisory assignments.

Responsibilities

- Support valuation and financial advisory assignments covering mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory matters, and other corporate transactions.
- Develop financial models and perform financial statement analysis to support business valuations and transaction-related decisions.
- Assist in valuation of intangible assets including brands, customer relationships, contracts, patents, and research and development assets.
- Support infrastructure financial modelling and transaction due diligence assignments while preparing high-quality analytical outputs and documentation.




- Conduct research, analysis, and valuation work while collaborating with transaction advisory teams to deliver accurate and insightful client solutions.

Requirements

- Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant valuation experience, preferably from a Big 4 or reputed valuation firm.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statement analysis, taxation implications, and business valuation concepts.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling; VBA/Macros knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to assignments.
- CFA Level II/III is an added advantage, along with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage varied assignments.
