We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a leading technology organization building next-generation hyper-converged infrastructure solutions for Kubernetes-based environments. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, developing, troubleshooting, and testing storage and networking solutions for highly distributed and scalable Kubernetes infrastructure.

Its enterprise Kubernetes platform is designed for contemporary workloads across hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, public cloud, and edge environments, enabling organizations to run Kubernetes at scale with greater performance, efficiency, simplicity, and enterprise-grade capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and release next-generation storage and networking features for a Kubernetes-based hyper-converged infrastructure platform.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across Kubernetes clusters, applications, networking, and storage systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop integrated storage and networking solutions for distributed cloud environments and software-defined data centers.
- Investigate complex performance issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Develop new features and enhancements while maintaining high coding,



security, testing, and engineering standards.
- Automate repetitive processes, reduce opportunities for human error, identify security risks, and contribute to continuous engineering improvements.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in storage or networking software development using C/C++ in Unix/Linux environments.
- 3+ years of recent and continuous experience working with Kubernetes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container runtimes, along with knowledge of Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of system software, networking, virtualization, TCP/IP, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with clustered and distributed storage management; knowledge of iSCSI, NFS, NVMe, or NVMe-oF will be an advantage.
- Understanding of Kubernetes concepts including CSI drivers, CRs, and CRDs.
