Position: Project Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Project Management / Operations
Reports to: Director of Operations / Senior Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.

- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

- Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.





- Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.

- Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.

- Use project management tools to track deliverables and performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).

- 3–7 years of proven experience in project management.

- Robust understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
