Role Summary

We are looking to hire an Assistant Finance Manager for our factory in Sumerpur, who will be responsible for managing the financial operations of a manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Control & Budgeting

- Drive factory cost management through detailed analysis of production costs, variance tracking, and adherence to annual budgets

Compliance Controls

- Maintain strong internal controls at the factory in areas like inventory, assets, gate movements, segregation of duties, etc.
- Ensure audit readiness

Performance Management

- Partner with operations to identify efficiency opportunities, track KPIs,



and deliver savings initiatives without compromising quality or safety

Technology Enablement

- Leverage tools like SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics to improve process hygiene and reporting accuracy

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and central finance teams to align factory performance with business objectives
- Work closely to identify optimization opportunities

Key Skills Requirement

- Qualification: CA / MBA with 2-5 years of experience
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple finance verticals and support holistic career growth

Skills: Power Bi, Cost Control, Stakeholder Management, Budgeting, Sap, Financial Analysis

Experience: 2.00-3.00 Years
