The candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver, support and enhance Oracle HCM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.Work on US and/or UK Payroll processes and configurations.Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Fast Formula.Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional solutions.Analyze functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.Support testing, implementation, deployment and post-production activities.Participate in requirement gathering,
