About the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative, multi-talented Videographer & Editor to join our team. Inthis role, you will own the entire video production process from concept to final delivery. Youaren't just someone who knows how to operate a camera; you are a visual storyteller and astrategic thinker. Beyond shooting high-quality footage and elevating it with engaging motiongraphics, you will actively keep a pulse on the digital landscape. Your goal is to spot emergingsocial media trends, determine which ones align with our products, and produce catchy, visuallyappealing videos that drive engagement and sales.Key ResponsibilitiesTrend Research & Strategy (NEW): Actively monitor social media trends, viral audio,and video formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). Identify which trendsmake sense for our brand and pitch creative ways to showcase our products using theseformats.End-to-End Production: Handle all aspects of video production, includingpre-production planning, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production.Filming: Shoot high-quality video content on location or in-studio, managing camerasetup, lighting, and audio recording to ensure professional-grade output.Dynamic Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, compelling narratives. Cut andassemble clips to create a natural, engaging rhythm that holds viewer attention.Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and integrate eye-catching 2D/3D animations,text overlays, lower thirds, and visual effects to make the content pop.Audio Mixing:



Source and select appropriate background music, sound effects, andhandle basic audio mastering to ensure clear dialogue and impactful soundscapes.Platform Optimization: Export and format videos for various platforms, ensuring theymeet specific aspect ratios, lengths, and technical requirements.Required Skills & QualificationsProven Experience: 2-3years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similarrole.Strong Portfolio: A compelling showreel or portfolio demonstrating expertise inshooting, editing, and motion graphics is mandatory.Trend & Marketing Awareness: A strong understanding of current social mediaalgorithms and a proven ability to translate internet trends into product-focusedmarketing videos.Visual Storytelling: A strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, color grading,and composition.Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet during shoots and find creativeworkarounds in the editing room.Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multipleprojects and meet tight deadlines.Technical ProficiencyCamera & Gear: Hands-on experience with professional cinema or mirrorless/DSLRcameras, lighting setups, and external audio equipment.Video Editing: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinciResolve.Animation/VFX: Solid skills in Adobe After Effects (or similar motion graphicssoftware).Graphic Design: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create ormanipulate assets for video integration.
