Responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder management, budget control, risk mitigation, commissioning, and customer handover.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete project lifecycle from award to commissioning and handover.Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of cooling systems and associated MEP infrastructure.Coordinate with customers, consultants, OEMs, contractors,



and internal teams for seamless execution.Drive project schedules, procurement, resource planning, risk management, and change control.Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and EHS requirements.Manage project documentation, billing milestones, vendor performance, and customer escalations.Support service, retrofit, warranty, and after-sales activities through effective project handovers.Required SkillsStrong experience in Data Center, HVAC, Cooling, and MEP Project Management.Expertise in CRAC/CRAH, Chillers, CDU, RDHx, Pumps, Precision Cooling, BMS, and Secondary Piping Systems.Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project / Primavera.Robust commercial, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.Preferred CertificationsPMP, PRINCE2, CDCP, or other Data Center-related certifications.
