The PositionAssociate Director / Director – Solution Architecture to join our ProfessionalServices team. This is a director-level, hybrid leadership and hands-on architecture role: you willlead and develop a team of solution architects while personally providing AI-first architectureleadership on our most complex and strategic customer engagements. We are looking for anarchitect of architects with strong software engineering and programming depth, deep B2Bintegration expertise, and the ability to design and build applications end to end.What You Will Be DoingAI, FDE & Contemporary Architecture
- Apply Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI patterns to enterprise and supply-chain use caseswhere they create meaningful business value.
- Help develop an FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering)-driven solution delivery model, workingclosely with customers to rapidly translate business problems into production-grade solutions.
- Understand tool calling, MCP, and how AI agents securely integrate with APIs, data, andenterprise systems; apply sound judgment when choosing between deterministic software andAI-driven approaches.Architecture Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of solution architects, including senior technical leaders; own coaching, career development, and performance.
- Set architecture direction and review complex designs, ensuring quality, consistency,scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- Establish reusable architecture patterns and delivery standards, and partner with ProfessionalServices, Product, and Engineering leadership on strategic priorities.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical, architecture, performance, andcustomer issues.Solution Architecture & Delivery:
- Work with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalableintegration and application architectures.
- Design end-to-end solutions across APIs, services, messaging,



event-driven systems, data,security, cloud, observability, and deployment.
- Architect B2B integrations across trading partners and enterprise systems such as ERP,WMS, TMS, and logistics platforms.
- Apply strong software engineering and programming skills to prototypes, referenceimplementations, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Lead architecture for scalability, resiliency, performance, and production readiness onstrategic or high-complexity engagements.
- Balance hands-on solution delivery with team leadership responsibilities across multiplepriorities.Requirements:
- 15+ years of software engineering, architecture, or enterprise integration experience, withsignificant experience in senior technical leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing architects, principal engineers, or seniortechnical teams; experience operating atAssociate Director or Director scope is preferred.
- Robust programming background with demonstrated experience building productionapplications end to end.
- Deep expertise in complex EDI workflows and modern API integrations (REST, OData, etc.),including transformation, orchestration, messaging, and exception handling.
- Experience integrating ERP and enterprise applications; supply-chain domain experience isstrongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, resiliency, security, observability,performance tuning, and production operations.
- Experience with EDI standards and formats such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, XML/flat files,and protocols such as AS2 and SFTP is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, tool calling, MCP, and FDE-drivensolution delivery.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical talent, with strong customer-facingcommunication and presentation skills.
