Deliver Better Projects.Location: PuneExperience: 2–6 YearsAt Blueprints Design, we are looking for skilled and motivated MEP Design Engineers with Revit skills to contribute to the delivery of large-scale BIM projects.We welcome professionals with experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire-Fighting BIM modelling who are passionate about multidisciplinary coordination and technology-driven project delivery.What You’ll Work OnLarge-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial projectsHVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting BIM modelsMEP BIM delivery from Design Development through Construction DocumentationMultidisciplinary coordination with Architectural, Structural and other servicesPreparation of coordinated drawings, schedules and project documentationClash detection, model reviews and coordination issue resolutionResponsibilitiesDevelop and update MEP BIM models based on approved design inputs and project requirements.Model HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire-Fighting services as per the assigned discipline.Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, details, schedules and documentation from BIM models.Coordinate MEP models with Architectural, Structural and other building-services models.Perform clash detection and support the resolution of coordination issues.Review models for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project BIM standards.Incorporate design changes and coordination comments accurately into BIM models.Follow the BIM Execution Plan, modelling standards, naming conventions and project workflows.Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Project Leads,
