Qualifications

- 10+ years of software development experience with leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong stakeholder management and project planning skills
- Experience managing budgets, risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams
