Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Website & App Developer role based in Bengaluru , with a 2-month practical training program leading to a 100% job opportunity .

During the training period, selected candidates will work on real-world website, mobile application, AI, automation, and software development projects .

Candidates will learn and contribute to designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining responsive websites and mobile applications integrated with Prime Pro.AI’s AI automation ecosystem.

After successful completion of the 2-month training, candidates will move into a full-time employment opportunity , with a minimum salary of ₹20,000 per month . Higher compensation may be offered based on skills, technical capabilities, and performance.

Key Responsibilities Web Development

- Develop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Build modern front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, Java Script, and relevant frameworks.
- Ensure websites work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Convert UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional applications.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, security, and usability.

Mobile App Development

- Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Work with cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native .
- Build responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
- Integrate mobile applications with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Test and troubleshoot applications across different devices.

AI & Automation





- Learn and work with AI-powered applications and automation technologies .
- Integrate AI Voice Agents and AI Chatbots into websites and applications.
- Work with conversational AI and automation workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with CRM, Whats App, email, phone systems, and other business applications.
- Assist in developing intelligent customer-facing features.

API & System Integration

- Work with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Integrate websites and applications with external platforms.
- Work with CRM, messaging, payment, email, and business automation APIs.
- Understand data flow between front-end, back-end, databases, and external services.

️ Backend & Database

- Assist in developing and maintaining backend services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB , or similar technologies.
- Understand basic database design, queries, and data management.
- Support backend API development and integration.

Testing & Troubleshooting

- Identify and fix bugs and technical issues.
- Test websites and applications before deployment.
- Perform functional, compatibility, and performance testing.
- Troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration-related issues.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, AI, Development, Design, and Sales teams .
- Understand customer and project requirements.
- Participate in project discussions and technical implementation.
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and development practices.
