Online Interview for CSA / Ground Staff/ Ticketing & Reservation Staff for Leading Airlines
Roles And Responsibilities

- Greet passengers, respond to their queries, and provide assistance at the airport.

- Ensure smooth check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes for flights.

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger complaints and concerns efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the airport terminals.

- Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 10+2 or a Graduate

- Excellent communication skills (Both English & Hindi), if you know other languages, will be an added advantage
