The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in design principles and be able to independently take a project from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design. Key Responsibilities: Conduct UX research to understand user needs,



behaviours, and requirements. Create user flows and effective wireframes using Figma. Design intuitive, up-to-date, and visually engaging user interfaces. Create interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts. Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components. Collaborate with developers and the team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Skills & Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Robust proficiency in Figma. Strong understanding of UI and UX principles, research, and wireframing. Proficiency in prototyping and creating interactive designs. Good understanding of design systems and reusable components. Strong visual design sense, including typography, layouts, spacing, and hierarchy. Awareness of modern UI/UX trends, design standards, and current industry practices. Preferred Traits: Strong problem-solving and design thinking skills. Attention to detail and consistency. Ability to independently take ownership of projects and meet deadlines. Willingness to experiment and explore new design approaches. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to different project requirements.
