Qualified Chartered Accountant for Transaction Advisory & Consulting Division at Kolkata Relevant work experience in a CA firm/professional services firm will be preferred. Fresher CAs with adequate articleship exposure are also welcome. If you are looking to build a career beyond conventional areas and gain diverse exposure across advisory, finance, transactions, and assurance, we would be glad to hear from you. *Role & responsibilities* The selected candidate will be involved in assignments relating to: * Transaction Advisory Services * Audit & Assurance * Due Diligence (Financial and Business) * Business and Equity Valuations * Financial Analysis and Modelling * MIS and Management Reporting * Financial and Business Advisory * Review and analysis of financial statements and business performance * Identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities * Preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables * Coordination with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of assignments *Preferred candidate profile* * Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) * Strong understanding of accounting, finance, auditing,
