Hiring: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Project Manager / Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced *ServiceNow GRC/IRM Project Manager / Delivery Lead* with strong technical and delivery experience in *ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations*.

The ideal candidate should have experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and hands-on knowledge of *GRC/IRM modules and Now Assist implementation*.

Key Requirements

* 10+ years* of overall experience in *Project Management / Delivery*

* 4+ years of ServiceNow experience*

* Strong hands-on experience in *ServiceNow GRC/IRM*

* Experience delivering *end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations*

* Experience with *Now Assist implementation*

* Strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC modules:

* Policy & Compliance

* Risk Management

* Vendor Risk Management

* Audit Management

* Experience with ServiceNow technical implementation, configuration and integrations

* Knowledge of *REST/SOAP APIs*

* Valuable understanding of ServiceNow scripting:

* Business Rules

* Script Includes

* ACLs

* Experience managing *project scope,



timelines, milestones and budgets*

* Strong experience in *client management, stakeholder engagement and delivery governance*

* Experience leading cross-functional teams including *Developers, Business Analysts and Testers*

* Experience conducting *JAD sessions and Sprint Planning*

* Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

* Hands-on experience with *ServiceNow Agile and/or Azure DevOps*

* Proven experience delivering *large-scale ServiceNow implementations*

* Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)*

* ServiceNow *GRC/IRM micro-certifications*

* Experience working with enterprise architecture and integration teams

* Experience managing multiple client engagements
