Project Manager –Live Events & Experiences Location: Bengaluru Department : IP & Special Projects Experience: 5–8 Years About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, solutions-oriented and execution-focused Project Manager to join the Phase 1 Originals team. This role will lead project management across live entertainment IPs, festivals, musicals and large-scale experiential properties, ensuring seamless coordination, accountability and execution across every stage of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is someone who deeply understands project management methodologies, tools and systems, and can bring structure, accountability and operational clarity into fast-paced, high-pressure creative environments. While prior experience in events, entertainment or experiential marketing is preferred, we are open to candidates from other industries who possess strong project management expertise and the ability to manage large cross-functional teams and complex workflows.

This role requires someone who can seamlessly coordinate between multiple internal teams, external agencies, partners, vendors and stakeholders while ensuring timelines, deliverables and execution remain on track at every stage. Also requires the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure live environments where timelines shift rapidly and multiple stakeholders need to be aligned simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management Lead end-to-end project management across Phase 1 Originals’ IPs including musicals, festivals, events and large-scale live experiences Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, trackers and execution roadmaps Break down projects into actionable tasks, milestones and ownership structures Define workflows, responsibilities and accountability across teams Ensure all deliverables are tracked,



monitored and completed within timelines Establish structured systems and processes to improve project efficiency and execution quality Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate daily with multiple internal departments including: Event Curation Experiential Design Sponsorship Marketing Content Design & Branding Production Programming & Curation Ticketing Operations Artist & Talent Teams On-ground Execution Teams Manage communication and coordination between internal teams and external agencies, vendors and partners Conduct regular review meetings, status updates and follow-up mechanisms Ensure smooth alignment across creative, operational and commercial workstreams Stakeholder & Team Management Manage multiple stakeholders across different stages of the project lifecycle Ensure seamless communication flow between all project stakeholders Drive accountability, ownership and alignment across teams Escalate risks, bottlenecks and delays proactively along with possible solutions Drive decision-making, prioritization and alignment across teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently Maintain alignment between creative vision, operational execution and commercial objectives Process & Systems Implement structured project management systems and workflows Build reporting frameworks, trackers, dashboards and review systems Improve operational efficiency through stronger process management and coordination Use project management tools effectively to streamline planning,



tracking and execution Execution Oversight Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope and execution-ready at all times Support and oversee on-ground execution during live events and festivals when required Anticipate operational challenges and proactively problem-solve in real time Maintain calm, efficiency and leadership in high-pressure environments Ensure seamless coordination between all teams during live execution phases Required Skills & Experience 5–8 years of experience in Project Management Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and workflows Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders Excellent organizational, planning and follow-through capabilities Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously in fast-paced environments High sense of ownership, accountability and problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and navigate rapidly evolving project environments Strong leadership and team management capabilities Preferred Background Prior experience in one or more of the following industries would be preferred: Events Entertainment Experiential Marketing Live IPs & Festivals Media Agency Operations Startup Operations Large-scale Execution-led Businesses Ideal Candidate Traits We are looking for someone who: Brings structure into chaos Is extremely detail-oriented without losing sight of the larger picture Can work effectively with both creative and operational teams Is proactive rather than reactive Has solid ownership and execution capability Can confidently manage people, timelines and pressure simultaneously Is able to anticipate problems before they arise and proactively build solutions Understands how to balance process with creativity
