Our technology work ranges from developing state-of-the-art AI prototypes and internal tools to managing organizational cloud infrastructure, data security, and stakeholder platforms.
We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Technical Program Associate to join our team on-site in Bangalore.
In this role, you will be the connective tissue across engineering, design, infrastructure, hiring, and operations.
You will track multi-track tech initiatives, coordinate between developers and stakeholders, document decisions from critical discussions, and ensure projects move smoothly from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Tech Project Coordination & Sprint Tracking Project & Milestone Tracking: Coordinate day-to-day deliverables across small development teams working on AI models, prototypes, and internal applications.
Meeting Facilitation & Action Tracking: Join technical standups, architecture syncs, and stakeholder meetings; take structured notes, capture key decisions, and follow up on action items.
Prototyping & Product Feedback: Participate in design reviews, test early-stage AI builds and prototypes, and help log feedback for engineering teams. 2. IT Infrastructure & Security Coordination Asset & Access Tracking: Help track cloud infrastructure, SaaS subscriptions, hardware inventory, and system access permissions.
Security & Compliance Support:
Assist in maintaining security checklists, organizing audit documentation, and tracking standard IT operating procedures. 3.
Operations, Contracts & Hiring Support Vendor & Contract Tracking: Coordinate with external technology vendors, SaaS platforms, and consultants; track service agreements, renewals, and invoice workflows.
Hiring Pipeline Support: Assist in screening candidate applications, coordinating technical assessments, and scheduling interviews for engineering and IT roles.
Stakeholder & Fundraising Materials: Help assemble project updates, technical summaries, architecture briefs, and presentation decks for donors and partners.
What We Are Looking For Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, tech operations, or business analysis in a fast-paced environment (startups, tech-driven non-profits, or engineering teams).
Technical Curiosity: A strong interest in AI and modern technologies.
You do not need a specific engineering degree or coding background, but you must be comfortable and quick at understanding technical concepts.
Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to track multiple parallel initiatives, maintain clear documentation, and ensure tasks reach completion.
Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to turn fast-moving discussions into clean, actionable summaries.
Work Arrangement: Fully on-site at our office in Bangalore.
