Coordinate installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service activities
Schedule and support field service engineers for timely customer response
Manage customer service requests and ensure prompt resolution
Coordinate spare parts availability and service planning
Monitor service KPIs, machine downtime, and customer satisfaction
Support AMC management, service reporting, and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in service coordination within machine manufacturing, industrial equipment, or automation sectors
- Solid customer service, planning, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and service management processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
