Position Overview:

/n

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler to join our team. The Data Modeler will be

/n

responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models that support our

/n

business needs. This role involves working closely with product owners, SMEs, and data

/n

architects to understand business requirements and translate them into logical and

/n

physical data models. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in dimensional data

/n

modelling and proficiency with Healthcare Domain specifically on the Provider side,

/n

Experience in IBM UDMH model.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

- Data Modelling: Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical

/n

data models to meet business requirements.

/n

- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and end-users to

/n

gather requirements and convert them into working documents and models.

/n

- Data Dictionary Maintenance: Maintain the data dictionary of entities and

/n

metadata repositories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

/n

- Project Participation: Participate in projects through various phases,



ensuring data

/n

models align with project goals.

/n

- Collaboration: Work closely with DBAs to ensure effective data storage, retrieval,

/n

and security.

/n

- Performance Optimization: Prepare logical data models and physical database

/n

designs optimized for performance, availability, and reliability.

/n

Qualifications:

/n

- Experience: Proven experience in dimensional data modelling (conceptual, logical,

/n

and physical data modelling) using IBM UDMH and IDA tool.

/n

- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Erwin data modelling tools,

/n

Experience in Infosphere Data Architect is preferred.

/n

- Database Design: Excellent understanding of Dimensional modelling concepts,

/n

database design, and best practices.

/n

/n

- Healthcare Domain: Understanding of healthcare domain and concepts is a must.

/n

- Cloud Solutions: Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Google Cloud)

/n

/n

is preferred.

- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with product owners, SMEs,

/n

data architects, and DBAs.

/n

- Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
