About the Role

/n

We are looking for a Accountant with 2-5 years of experience to strengthen our finance, accounting, compliance, taxation, MIS, and financial-control functions.

/n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants to work closely with founders and business teams in a fast-growing QSR environment.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

Manage monthly and annual books closure across outlets and business entities

/n

Review accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, expenses, receivables, and payables

/n

Ensure timely GST, TDS, income-tax, and other statutory compliances

/n

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities

/n

Prepare monthly MIS, outlet-wise profitability, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards

/n

Monitor food cost, outlet expenses, gross margins, contribution margins, and operational variances

/n

Strengthen internal controls for purchases, inventory, cash, billing, refunds, discounts, and vendor payments

/n





Conduct outlet-level financial reviews and identify revenue leakage or cost-control opportunities

/n

Support budgeting, forecasting, fundraising due diligence, and financial modelling

/n

Review vendor agreements, payment terms, taxation implications, and commercial documentation

/n

Support implementation and improvement of accounting, POS, inventory, and ERP systems

/n

Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness across all outlets

/n

Assist the leadership team in evaluating new outlets, cities, formats, and expansion opportunities

/n

Preferred Candidate Profile

/n

/n

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance

/n

- Positive command over Excel, financial modelling, MIS, and data analysis

/n

- Experience in QSR, food and beverage, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or multi-outlet businesses is preferred

/n

- Exposure to inventory accounting, food costing, outlet profitability, or POS reconciliation will be an advantage

/n

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led organization

/n

- Strong ownership, attention to detail, commercial thinking, and problem-solving ability

/n

- Willingness to work hands-on and visit outlets whenever required

/n
