We are looking for a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join our growing SAP practice and contribute to enterprise-scale transformation programs.

Position Overview

/n

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM/Plant Maintenance Consultant with 4-6 years of relevant experience in SAP PM and Enterprise Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP PM/EAM solutions to improve asset reliability, optimize maintenance processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and EAM solutions.

/n

- Manage SAP PM master data including:

/n

- Functional Locations

/n

- Equipment

/n

- Task Lists

/n

- Maintenance Plans

/n

- Work Centers

/n

- Catalogs

/n

- Drive preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance processes.

/n

- Manage the complete maintenance lifecycle including notifications, work orders, planning, execution, and closure.

/n

- Participate in the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP EAM/PM solutions.

/n

- Analyze maintenance and asset data, generate reports, and monitor maintenance KPIs and costs.

/n

- Perform data migration, master data governance, and data validation activities.

/n

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, CO/FICO, QM, HR, CS, and PS modules.

/n

- Conduct system testing activities including:

/n

- Unit Testing

/n

- Integration Testing

/n

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

/n

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system defects.

/n





- Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional documentation.

/n

- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.

/n

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, maintenance teams, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

/n

/n

Required Skills & Qualifications

/n

Educational Qualification

/n

/n

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

/n

/n

Functional Expertise

/n

/n

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

/n

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA PM implementation and support projects.

/n

- Expertise in maintenance processes, asset management, work order management, and maintenance planning.

/n

- Knowledge of Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) processes.

/n

- Experience working in asset-intensive industries such as Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, or Engineering.

/n

Technical & Integration Experience

/n

/n

- Solid understanding of SAP PM integration with:

/n

- Materials Management (MM)

/n

- Finance & Controlling (FICO/CO)

/n

- Human Resources (HR)

/n

- Quality Management (QM)

/n

- Customer Service (CS)

/n

- Project Systems (PS)

/n

- Experience with at least one end-to-end SAP EAM/MRO implementation lifecycle.

/n

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA architecture and solution design.

/n

- Experience in highly regulated environments and compliance-driven maintenance operations.

/n

- SAP EAM certification or relevant SAP certifications.
