About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications that power our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and REST API development, with a strong understanding of backend architecture, database design, and application security.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using PHP and Laravel Framework.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
- Design efficient database schemas, write optimized queries, and manage MySQL databases.
- Develop and integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend performance and application reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to ensure smooth API integration.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Write technical documentation and ensure proper version control practices.
- Assist in deployment, maintenance,



and enhancement of backend applications

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 1–2years of experience in Backend Development.
- Solid proficiency in PHP and Laravel Framework.
- Good experience with MySQL database design and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic understanding of web servers such as Apache or Nginx.

Prefered Skills

- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
