Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Core Tableau Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Tableau and SQL. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing dashboards, working on data modelling, optimizing dashboard performance, and writing complex SQL queries.

This role requires strong practical experience with Tableau LOD Expressions and advanced SQL concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive and business-focused dashboards using Tableau Desktop
- Create complex Tableau visualizations, calculated fields and calculations
- Work extensively with LOD Expressions – FIXED, INCLUDE and EXCLUDE
- Perform data modelling and prepare data for reporting and analytics
- Work with Joins, Relationships and data blending
- Work with Tableau Server and Tableau Extracts
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for better performance
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Tableau solutions
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Work with CTEs, subqueries, joins, aggregations and window functions




- Perform data validation, transformation and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience specifically as a Tableau Developer
- Tableau should be a core skill, not a secondary/reporting skill
- Strong hands-on SQL experience
- Must have practical experience with FIXED, INCLUDE and EXCLUDE LOD expressions
- Must be comfortable writing complex SQL queries independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Candidates should be available to join immediately or within 10 days
- Candidates must be currently located in Bangalore
- No relocation candidates

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
