Roles & Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a reliable partner ecosystem for mobile repairs.
- Monitor network performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Onboard, operationalize, and nurture high-performing partners.
- Enhance regional repair capabilities to meet turnaround time (TAT) goals.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years in mobile service operations, with at least 5–6 years in building repair partner networks.
- Experience in repair network design and optimization.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, AWS.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations preferred).
