Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tamil-Speaking Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with prospective customers/students, providing information about our services, following up on enquiries, and supporting the team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students and generate enquiries.
- Communicate with customers in Tamil professionally.
- Explain courses, services, offers, or other relevant information clearly.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into appointments, admissions, or sales as applicable.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the admission team for further follow-up.




- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of telecalling/customer service experience can apply.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
