We are hiring a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the team, and ensure smooth business operations during the assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shift operations
- Supervise and coordinate team members
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage staff attendance and shift schedules
- Handle customer queries and operational concerns
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Check daily stock and operational requirements
- Prepare basic shift reports and records
- Coordinate with the Store/Restaurant Manager
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Shift Manager / Shift Supervisor / Team Leader
- Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Graduate preferred
