About the Role

Webskitters Academy is looking for passionate and experienced Technical Trainers specializing in MERN Stack, Python Full Stack, Java Full Stack, or Laravel Development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions aligned with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical and industry-oriented training sessions on MERN Stack, Python Full Stack, Java Full Stack, or Laravel technologies.
- Train students on frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Responsive Design, React.js, and Angular.
- Conduct backend development training using:
- Node.js & Express.js
- Python, Django & Flask
- Core Java, Spring Boot & Hibernate
- PHP & Laravel Framework
- Teach REST API development, authentication, database integration, deployment, and version control.
- Design assignments, coding exercises, technical assessments, mock interviews, and capstone projects.
- Guide students in developing real-world applications and strengthening problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide continuous mentorship and technical support.
- Update course content based on emerging technologies and industry trends.




- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes and employability.

Required SkillsCore Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software development concepts.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Responsive Web Design.
- Experience with React.js and/or Angular.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, deployment processes, and basic cloud concepts.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Prior training experience and industry project exposure will be an added advantage.
