Sai Shraddha Saburi is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with supporters and well-wishers, sharing information about our Sai Seva initiatives, and building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential supporters.
- Explain Sai Shraddha Saburi activities, initiatives and programs.
- Communicate politely and professionally with donors, supporters and contacts.
- Follow up with interested people and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain daily calling records and follow-up details.
- Update data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the office team for follow-ups and requirements.
- Help increase awareness and participation in our social and charitable initiatives.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Skills Required





- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, fundraising, NGO or media work will be an advantage.
