About the Role

We are looking for a creative Content Writer / Script Writer who can research ideas and convert them into engaging YouTube scripts, Reels, Shorts, podcasts, social media content, digital programs, advertisements and branded content.

The role will involve significant work on spiritual, religious, devotional, cultural and knowledge-based subjects, so the candidate should be comfortable researching such topics accurately and presenting them in a simple, interesting and audience-friendly way.

Strong Hindi and/or English writing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging YouTube video scripts, Shorts, Reels and social media content.
- Write video scripts, show scripts, podcast scripts, interview formats and promotional content.
- Develop strong hooks, storytelling structures, creative concepts and content formats.
- Research and develop devotional series on spiritual, religious and cultural subjects.
- Create episode-wise concepts, research notes and scripts for devotional and knowledge-based series.
- Write content for spiritual, religious, devotional and cultural programs.
- Research topics thoroughly and convert complex information into simple, engaging and audience-friendly content.
- Write headlines, captions, titles, descriptions, teasers and promotional copy.
- Develop program concepts, episode ideas, series formats and recurring content properties.
- Create scripts for digital advertisements, promotional campaigns and brand videos.
- Adapt the same subject for different formats such as long-form YouTube videos, 60-second Reels, Shorts, captions and promotional posts.
- Research current YouTube, Instagram and social-media trends before developing content.




- Understand what makes viewers click, continue watching and engage with content.
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Video Editors, Graphic Designers and Production Team.
- Maintain accuracy and perform basic fact-checking and source verification before finalising scripts.

Required Skills

- Excellent Hindi and/or English writing skills.
- Robust creative writing, scriptwriting and storytelling ability.
- Ability to write natural, conversational and audience-friendly content.
- Good understanding of spiritual, devotional, religious and cultural subjects.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics independently.
- Robust research and fact-checking skills.
- Ability to write both short-form and long-form content.
- Understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience engagement, watch time and retention.
- Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts and digital content.
- Ability to create multiple content angles from one topic.
- Good knowledge of Hindi / Devanagari typing will be preferred.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

You should be able to think about:

- What is the most interesting angle for a topic?
- What will make somebody stop and watch the first 5–10 seconds?
- How can a complex spiritual or cultural subject be explained simply?
- How should a 30-second Reel be written differently from a 10-minute YouTube video?
- What information needs to be verified before publishing?
- How can one topic become a series of multiple episodes rather than just one piece of content?
- How can a script maintain audience interest until the end?

We value original thinking, research ability and storytelling more than unnecessarily complicated vocabulary.
