Loading Staff – Job Role & Responsibilities
Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
Move goods between warehouse, back store, and sales floor as instructed.
Arrange and stack goods properly to prevent damage.
Assist in receiving and shifting incoming stock.
Check the quantity and condition of goods while loading/unloading.
Handle cartons, bags, furniture, and other materials carefully.
Keep loading and storage areas clean and organized.
Support the warehouse and sales-floor teams whenever required.
Follow proper safety procedures while lifting and moving heavy items.
Complete assigned work on time and maintain workplace discipline.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect goods to the supervisor immediately.
Follow company rules, attendance requirements, and instructions from management.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
