Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in HVAC system operation, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment and refrigeration systems.
- Excellent project planning, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting.
- Thorough understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
