Work Location: Retail Stores (DMart, Reliance Mart & other assigned outlets)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute monthly SF/SBD activities as per company alignment and ensure 100% docket execution.
- Coordinate with store teams for PO generation and influence stock ordering.
- Monitor and correct ghost inventory through system reports and physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper filling and maintenance of product assets/display units in stores.
- Promote and influence manual indents for priority SKUs and promotional products.
- Maximize promotional and initiative SKU sales based on store-specific data and sales trends.
- Support stock planning and co-create monthly promotion maximization plans.
- Review and correct MBQ settings wherever required.
- Maintain OSA (On Shelf Availability) for mapped SKUs and reduce Out of Stock situations.
- Identify opportunities for extra displays and drive incremental sales through additional placements.
- Influence store teams for better asset placement and SKU mapping.
- Analyze unmapped SKU sales and highlight business opportunities to store management.
- Drive incremental SOS (Share of Shelf) and support new initiatives in stores.
- Conduct in-store review and capability building for ISMs/ISMPs.
- Track account receivables (A/R) and support collection activities.
- Analyze availability reports and execute volume selling plans to close identified gaps.
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG retail promotion / merchandising preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to coordinate with retail store teams.
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
