MK Clean Room Project Pvt. Ltd. (MKCRP) is a cleanroom solutions and industrial project execution company based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The company specializes in cleanroom infrastructure, HVAC systems, modular cleanroom panels and ceilings, laboratory furniture, and turnkey project solutions.

MKCRP delivers customized engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning services for cleanroom and industrial projects. We are looking for a technically skilled HVAC Estimation cum Execution Engineer to join our growing project team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimation cum Execution Engineer who will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of HVAC and cleanroom projects, from identifying new business opportunities and understanding client requirements to estimation, tendering, project execution, commissioning, and handover.

The candidate will work from the Vadodara head office and travel to client locations and project sites as required. The role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial understanding, client coordination, and the ability to independently manage HVAC project activities.

Key Responsibilities1. HVAC Estimation & Tendering

· Prepare detailed HVAC estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis.

· Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

· Prepare technical and commercial proposals for HVAC and cleanroom projects.

· Calculate quantities for ducting, piping, insulation, AHU, FCU, chillers, VRF/VRV, and other HVAC systems.

· Conduct rate analysis, vendor enquiries, and comparative statements.

· Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate estimation and costing.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and specifications.

2. Client Acquisition & Business Development

· Identify and explore current HVAC, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, industrial, and commercial project opportunities.

· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.





· Visit client locations to understand project requirements and conduct technical discussions.

· Prepare project proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.

· Follow up on enquiries, negotiate technical and commercial requirements, and support order finalization.

· Coordinate with management to develop current business opportunities and expand the company's project portfolio.

3. Complete Project Execution

· Take responsibility for HVAC project execution from project initiation to final handover.

· Review drawings, specifications, and project scope before commencing work.

· Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities.

· Supervise HVAC installation, ducting, piping, insulation, AHU installation, and related works.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives.

· Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and execution schedules.

· Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, billing documents, and project records.

· Manage testing, balancing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.

· Ensure successful completion of projects as per client requirements, approved drawings, and company standards.

4. Technical Coordination & Documentation

· Coordinate between the head office, design team, procurement team, and site execution team.

· Review technical drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.

· Prepare material requirements, project schedules, and execution plans.

· Maintain project documentation, inspection records, and as-built drawings.

· Ensure compliance with applicable cleanroom, HVAC, quality, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

· 3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC estimation, execution, and project management.

· Experience in cleanroom HVAC, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, or similar projects.

· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, insulation, AHU, FCU, and related equipment.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD,



MS Excel, and estimation software.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and client coordination skills.

· Willingness to travel and work at project sites anywhere in India.

· Ability to manage projects independently from estimation to commissioning.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, technical skills, and suitability for the role.

Travel & Site Expenses: Eligible travel, accommodation, and other approved expenses incurred during official project-site visits will be reimbursed as per company policy and applicable approval procedures.

Probation Period & Notice Period

Probation Period: The probation period will be three (3) months from the date of joining.

During Probation: If the employee resigns or the company terminates the employment during the probation period, a notice period of seven (7) days will be applicable, subject to the terms of the appointment letter and applicable law.

After Probation: Upon successful completion of the probation period, the notice period will be forty-five (45) days or as decided by the company, as specified in the appointment letter and applicable employment terms.

The company reserves the right to make employment decisions in accordance with company policy, the appointment letter, and applicable law.

Notice Period & Joining

· Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days.

· Candidates serving notice period may also apply.

· Notice period and expected joining date must be mentioned in the application.

· Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites as per business requirements.
