- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and measurement methods.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data handling).
- Ability to read and understand architectural and working drawings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity checking.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
