Job Description:

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing creative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our dedicated team at our offices in Mumbai, Delhi, or Hyderabad.

Position Responsibilities

- Technical
- Prepare basic process/URS package given by the client.
- Utility generation capacity estimation and design basis
- Develop block diagrams/process flow diagrams for process and utilities.
- Develop piping and instrumentation diagrams for process, utilities, and tank farm systems.
- Prepare process data sheets for fabricated and bought-out Plant Equipment covering Reactors, Tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, and storage tanks, etc.
- Process calculations like pipe sizing for liquid, steam, and gas services.
- Pump Head selection, storage tank vent sizing, nitrogen blanketing for storage tanks.
- Develop control logic and process interlocks for smooth process operations.
- Preparation of technical and commercial bid analysis and technical recommendation.
- Review/approve various documents submitted by suppliers for process equipment.
- Participate in HAZOP studies.

- Managerial

- Liaise with clients, system suppliers, and Engineers of various disciplines.

- Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Industrial Engineering with 3+ years of experience.
- Master's in Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Industrial Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
- Any other Certificate courses.
- Knowledge of pharma layout and guidelines.
- Knowledge of basic engineering drawings for pharma requirements.
- Knowledge of Plant 3D, AutoCAD and Revit software
- Familiar with design software for the process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
