The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales, staff management, customer service, food quality, inventory, hygiene, and profitability of the assigned Rail Rolls outlet.
The manager must ensure that the outlet operates smoothly according to company SOPs, operational standards, food safety requirements, and business targets.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Outlet Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Ensure the outlet opens and closes on time.
- Ensure all staff report according to their assigned shifts.
- Implement and monitor company SOPs.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, delivery, and management teams.
- Maintain proper shift handovers and daily operational records.
- Immediately report operational issues to the Area Manager / Operations Manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
