We are committed to providing high-quality education and training to our students. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Academy Center Manager.

Job Description:

The Academy Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academy. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can manage various courses, coordinate with teachers and students, and lead a team of counselors to achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is capable of multitasking and driving the academy’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Development

- Establish, implement, and oversee the academy’s strategic growth plan.

- Develop and streamline operational processes for consistent and efficient service delivery.

- Lead the expansion and integration of Ausbildung and German Nursing Recruitment Training Programs.

- Align programs with international standards and recruitment pathways.

2. Academic & Program Oversight

- Ensure high-quality instruction and curriculum delivery for language programs, primarily German (Goethe, TELC, ÖSD), with optional English and other languages.

- Collaborate with program coordinators to design and continuously improve training modules aligned with German recruitment standards.

- Regularly evaluate training effectiveness, learning outcomes, and student satisfaction.

- Conduct clinical instruction sessions and ensure candidates are well-prepared for practical and theoretical assessments.

3. Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, and mentor language instructors, counselors, and support staff.

- Foster a culture of accountability, student-centric service, and continuous professional development.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback,



and guide staff development.

4. Operational Management

- Oversee daily operations for 360 Future Academy.

- Coordinate class schedules, manage facilities, monitor student admissions, and allocate resources effectively.

- Implement student support systems, including ensuring the timely execution of all academic programs and administrative processes.

5. Partnership & Program Expansion

- Liaise with international partners, recruitment agencies, and healthcare institutions to strengthen the German nursing training and placement pathway.

- Build strategic partnerships to support candidate placement and post-training transitions.

- Ensure all programs meet international training and recruitment standards.

6. Marketing, Outreach & Recruitment

- Develop and execute marketing activities, campaigns, and outreach strategies to generate student leads.

- Organize and participate in recruitment drives, seminars, and promotional events.

- Visit hospitals, nursing colleges, and institutions to identify and recruit potential candidates.

- Expand B2B opportunities and foster long-term collaborations to support business growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in educational administration or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with courses such as German, IELTS, PTE, OET etc., is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
