About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function and support business growth through robust financial control, reporting, taxation, budgeting and profitability management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Finance & Accounts operations
- Lead MIS, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
- Oversee audits, cash flow & working capital
- Drive cost control and profitability analysis
- Strengthen internal controls and finance processes
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team

Candidate Profile

- CA (ICAI)



with 7–10 years post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in accounting, taxation, audit & financial reporting
- Experience in FMCG / F&B; / Bakery / Hospitality / Retail preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & Ind AS
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software
- Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills
