Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the continuous operation, preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our heavy manufacturing equipment, with a heavy focus on mechanical press machines and related automotive production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance on hydraulic and mechanical press machines, stamping equipment, and auxiliary production line machinery.
- Rapidly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical breakdowns to minimize plant downtime and optimize production yield.
- Inspect, repair, or replace mechanical components including hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, gears, bearings, pumps, values, and drive machinery.
- Collaborate with production and tooling teams to assist with press setup,



die alignment, and equipment calibration.
- Maintain complete maintenance logs, spare parts inventory records, and equipment service histories.
- Ensure all maintenance work strict complies with automotive safety, environmental, and quality management standards (e.g., ISO/IATF 16949).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational safety.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Core Expertise: proven experience working with mechanical/hydraulic presses, fine blanking, or heavy stamping equipment.
- Strong diagnostic skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, and lubrication systems.
- Familiarity with reading mechanical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and technical drawings.
- Solid understanding of workplace safety practices

Pay: ₹30,688.92 - ₹45,000.39 per month
