- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure minimum breakdown time.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance technicians and operators.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists, and reports.
- Coordinate with production teams for maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Manage spare parts availability and maintenance expenses.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Analyze breakdown causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Required Skills & Competencies:





- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Preventive maintenance planning skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Team handling and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and safety practices.
- Positive documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
- ITI/ Any degree

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
