- Enter and update patient information accurately in healthcare databases and systems.
- Maintain electronic health records (EHRs) and ensure information is complete and up to date.
- Verify patient details, medical records, appointments, and billing information.
- Follow data privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.
- Review data for errors, duplicates, and missing information and correct them promptly.
- Enter laboratory results, prescriptions, diagnoses, and other medical information as required.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical healthcare records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing staff, and other healthcare professionals when necessary.




- Prepare reports and retrieve patient or administrative data when requested.
- Meet accuracy, productivity, and quality standards while completing data entry tasks.
