About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents regarding our Fire & Safety Degree, Diploma, and Certification Courses. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Counsel students and parents about available courses, eligibility, duration, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for the admission process.
- Conduct campus visits and assist students during document verification and enrolment.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, career counselling sessions,



and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly admission reports for management.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in education counselling, sales, telecalling, or admissions will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
