We are looking for a Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of the roofing, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), structural fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, CNC bending, and laser cutting industry.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the local industrial market and strong contacts with factories, manufacturers, fabricators, contractors, builders, engineering companies, consultants, and industrial clients.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads and RFQs, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales and order-booking targets by promoting our products and fabrication services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the roofing, PEB, structural, sheet metal, laser cutting, and fabrication industries.
- Generate current leads through industrial visits, networking, references, market research, digital platforms, and other sales channels.
- Regularly visit industries, factories, workshops, fabrication units, engineering companies, project sites, and contractors to generate enquiries.
- Identify companies with regular requirements for laser cutting, CNC bending, sheet metal fabrication, structural fabrication, roofing, and PEB works.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions for roofing, PEB structures, structural fabrication, sheet metal bending, laser cutting, and related fabrication services.
- Generate RFQs, coordinate with the estimation/quotation team, prepare and submit quotations, and follow up regularly with customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Develop new customer accounts and increase monthly order volumes and repeat business.
- Visit project sites and meet contractors, builders, architects, fabricators,



consultants, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
- Coordinate with production, estimation, engineering, and project teams to understand customer requirements and ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, RFQs, quotations, follow-ups, orders, and customer information.
- Monitor local market opportunities, customer requirements, competitor activities, and market pricing.
- Identify potential industries and customers with recurring fabrication and sheet metal requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales, business development, and order-booking targets.
- Provide regular sales and business development reports to management.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in industrial sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in roofing, PEB, structural steel, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, CNC bending, fabrication, engineering, or industrial products will be preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of laser cutting, sheet metal bending/fabrication, structural fabrication, roofing, and PEB will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of local industrial areas and the industrial customer network.
- Existing contacts with factories, manufacturers, fabricators, contractors, engineering companies, builders, or industrial clients will be a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to travel regularly and meet customers in person.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, customer-handling, and follow-up skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads, develop new customers, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and generate consistent repeat business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
