Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand HMPL’s market presence in domestic and international territories for packaging and processing machinery.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and cosmetics sectors.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, technical presentations, and proposal drafting to negotiation and deal closure.
- After-Sales Service Operations: Oversee the service engineering team to ensure timely installation, commissioning, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and prompt troubleshooting of machinery at client sites.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client, design team, and production floor to ensure customized machinery is delivered accurately and on time.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify recent business opportunities and provide feedback for product development.

Qualifications & Skills





- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 7–10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and service management, specifically within the packaging machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, or capital goods industry.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of technical specifications, machine layouts, and compliance standards (GMP, CE).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage both sales executives and on-field service engineers.
- Willingness to Travel: Open to frequent travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry exhibitions.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
