ABOUT THE SPIRITED SPOT

The Spirited Spot (TSS) is a high-energy bar and dining destination built around global food, craft cocktails, live music and warm hospitality.

After establishing TSS in Nagpur, we have now opened our Pune outlet in Baner.

For us, content is an significant part of building the TSS brand. From cocktails being created behind the bar and chefs telling the stories behind dishes to live bands, DJs, events and guest experiences — there is always a story happening at TSS.

We are looking for a Video Editor who can turn these moments into strong, engaging and premium digital content.

ROLE

The Video Editor will work closely with our marketing, design, bar, kitchen and operations teams to create content primarily for Instagram and other digital platforms.

We need someone who understands that hospitality content needs to feel natural, energetic, stylish and current — not overly corporate or over-edited.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and promotional content.
- Create engaging content around food, cocktails, bartenders, chefs, live music, DJs and events.
- Edit chef and bartender storytelling videos.
- Create fast-paced nightlife and event recap videos.
- Work with raw footage from professional cameras and mobile phones.
- Select the strongest shots and build a clear story from the footage.
- Work with music, transitions, typography and sound effects effectively.
- Perform basic colour correction and colour grading.
- Clean and balance dialogue, music and ambient sound.
- Create subtitles and on-screen text where required.
- Resize and optimise videos for Instagram and other digital formats.




- Follow the TSS visual identity across all content.
- Work quickly on time-sensitive content, especially after events and live performances.
- Organise and maintain video footage and content archives.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers and the social media team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate should have:

- 2+ years of professional video editing experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio of Reels and short-form digital content.
- Good command of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software.
- Knowledge of After Effects will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of music, rhythm, pacing and storytelling.
- Good sense of typography, framing and visual composition.
- Understanding of current Instagram and short-form content trends.
- Ability to create both high-energy nightlife edits and premium cinematic content.
- Ability to work independently and meet quick deadlines.
- Experience with hospitality, food, beverage, nightlife, fashion, lifestyle or entertainment brands will be strongly preferred.

WHAT WE DON’T WANT

We don’t want every Reel to look the same.

We are looking for an editor who understands when a cocktail needs a beautiful cinematic treatment, when a live band needs raw energy, and when a chef’s story simply needs to feel real and personal.

THE TSS VIDEO EDITOR

At TSS, you won’t be editing only promotional videos.

You will be documenting a living brand — the food coming out of our kitchen, cocktails being built at the bar, musicians taking the stage, packed weekend nights and the people behind it all.

Your job is to make someone watching TSS on their phone want to experience it in person.
