Dispatch Coordinator – Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch activities with dealers, distributors, and internal departments.
- Receive and process dealer orders as per requirements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, sales, and transport teams for timely dispatch.
- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Track dispatched materials and ensure timely delivery to dealers.
- Follow up with transporters and dealers regarding shipment status.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues, shortages, damages, or delivery delays.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, pending orders, and delivery status.
- Share daily/weekly dispatch reports with management and the sales team.
- Coordinate with dealers regarding material availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper communication and customer service to maintain positive dealer relationships.

Pay: ₹11,950.90 - ₹46,001.88 per month
