Overview: We are seeking a Helper who support in Machine and Heat treatment shop process

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and resolve issues in CNC machines, Compressors and Pneumatic tools

2. Perform routine mechanical and basic electrical maintenance tasks.

3. Execute preventive maintenance plans in accordance with established schedules.

4. Apply strong knowledge of PLC/CNC machine controls and electrical equipment monitoring to enhance operational performance.

5. Improve machinery reliability by measuring uptime, implementing predictive and preventive maintenance, and maximizing plant process capability.

6. Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, and facility systems.

7. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.

8. Strictly adhere to safety protocols and company maintenance standards.

Qualifications:





Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with 3 to 5 yrs. of experience.

Required Skill:

1. Hands-on experience in Maintenance, with a strong track record of reliability improvement Proven expertise in troubleshooting plumbing, piping, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.

2. Minimum implementing preventive maintenance measures.

3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

4. Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance procedures.

5. Ability to read technical diagrams and follow maintenance manuals.
