Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies across assigned regional stores.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently implemented in all stores.
- Design and execute window displays, in-store displays, mannequins, and seasonal themes.
- Coordinate with the buying and marketing teams for new launches and promotions.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit VM standards and provide corrective actions.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor sales performance of displays and suggest improvements to maximize sell-through.
- Manage VM materials, props, and fixtures within budget.
- Prepare VM reports, presentations, and feedback for management.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Solid understanding of fashion trends, styling, and commercial VM.
- Experience in women’s western wear / fashion retail preferred.
- Excellent planning, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
