We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Professional with 8+ years of proven experience in selling agricultural implements, farm machinery, tractors, or related agricultural equipment and Marketing .

The ideal candidate should have a strong dealer network, farmer connections, market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

We are looking for someone who can generate business independently and deliver measurable sales and Marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and manage a strong network of agricultural implement dealers and distributors.
- Generate sales through dealers, distributors, farmers, contractors, FPOs, sugar mills and institutional customers.
- Expand the company's into new districts and states.
- Identify high-potential markets for potato, sugarcane, maize, wheat and other agricultural implements.
- Conduct farmer demonstrations, field trials and product demonstrations.
- Develop relationships with tractor dealers, agricultural machinery dealers and large farmers.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, products and market activities.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into actual orders.
- Manage dealer appointments and dealer performance.
- Coordinate with production,



service and management teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, farmer meetings, dealer meets and demonstrations.
- Take responsibility for sales results, not just field visits.

Required Experience

- Proven history of achieving strong sales numbers.
- Existing relationships with agricultural implement dealers and distributors.
- Valuable understanding of tractor horsepower, implements, farm operations and agricultural markets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to independently develop new territories and customers.
