The Role & Responsibilities
- We need an experienced travel professional to manage end-to-end sales for international customized holidays (FIT).
- Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable destinations/hotels.
- Design personalized itineraries and coordinate with DMCs/Operations for rates and availability.
- Prepare competitive quotes, follow up consistently, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in international FIT holiday sales (Mandatory).
- Destination Knowledge: Solid grasp of premium leisure destinations (Europe, Dubai,
SEA, Maldives, Australia, etc.).
- Skills: Proven ability to independently craft itineraries, negotiate, and close sales.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent customer-handling abilities.
- Tech: Comfortable using CRM tools and online travel platforms.
